„Ich habe versucht, diese Songs so zu komponieren, dass man sich einfach ans Klavier setzt und sie spielt. Wenn ein Song von sich selbst leben kann, ist es ein Anzeichen dafür, dass er gut ist“, sagt Dayglow selbst.

Auf seinem neuen Album “People In Motion”, das am 7. Oktober via AWAL erscheint. Es ist sein drittes und folgt auf “Harmony House” vom letzten Jahr.

Dayglow ist schon rund um den Globus getourt, mit einer ausverkauften Headline-Tour in Nordamerika, einer Reihe von Live Dates in Großbritannien und der EU, und auf Festivalbühnen wie dem Lollapalooza, Austin CityLimits, Bonnaroo und Corona Capital. Seine Songs haben bisher über eine Milliarde Streams erzielt.

Die neue Single “Second Nature” vom kommenden Album. Der Song ist inspiriert von Lionel Richie’s “All Night Long” und Michael Jackson’s “Wanna Be Startin’ Somethin’”. Dayglow sagt selbst über den Song:
“‘Second Nature’ is one of the most ambitious songs I’ve made so far. I didn’t think it would be a ‘Dayglow’ song until the rest of People in Motion started to take shape. I made so many versions of it— I just kept writing more and more melodies and ideas. The logic file ended up being like this 15 minute jam that I eventually condensed to be the 6 min song it is.
